Tasting menu with matching wine at Vermilion £30

We have a very special oriental treat for you!
At Vermilion, Manchester’s most beautiful restaurant, we're putting on a 5-course dinner with complimentary matching wines from Bibendum, one of Britain’s top wine merchants.
Dishes include Wonton Soup (seafood stuffed in wonton sheet with vegetables julienne and chicken bouillon with shitake mushroom) and Goong Piew Wan (ocean black tiger prawns with sweet/sour sauce and seasonable vegetables) and Tawa Lamb (marinated and slow-cooked with spinach, spice and fresh herbs).
For just £30 a head sample delights from their menu alongside an exclusive roster of New and Old World wines, specially chosen by Bibendum’s Joe Fattorini.
The tasting dinner is taking place on Wednesday, March 9, at 7pm for 7.30pm.
We're very excited about it. Vermilion. Very cool. Very good food. It's going to be a fantastic night. First come, first served, click here to see the full menu and reserve your place..
