We skipped over there to try the delights on the Strictly menu and can offer our recommendations (though we suspect that every dish will wow you if what we tasted was anything to go by).
Our favourite main was the wild sea bass with mussels and spinach in a vegetable broth. The fish was cooked to perfection and swimming in a sauce bursting with flavour. Apparently, the executive chef, Oliver Thomas, was inspired to create this sauce when making fajitas with the kitchen team and falling for the flavours that came from the tomato juice.
Go and try it, or whatever else takes your fancy from the menu.
