The Small Print
Vouchers may be used Monday-Friday from Friday, 11 February until 10 August, 2011. Reservations are required. There is no limit to the number of vouchers that can be purchased per person. Additional vouchers may be purchased as gifts. Seven days' notice is required for cancellations or changes to the date of appointment. Cannot be combined with any other offer. No cash value or cash back. Each voucher must be used in one visit.
