1. Introduction
Travelzoo (Europe) Ltd, Shaftesbury House, 151 Shaftesbury
Avenue, London WC2H 8AL ("Sponsor") is offering a prize to
the value of up to £100 to spend at Australasia Restaurant,

will be selected at random from all respondents who complete
the survey and have agreed to share their email address with
Travelzoo for this purpose.
2. How to enter
Respondents to the Travelzoo survey are able to enter the
random draw by supplying their email address at the end of
the survey.
3. How to win
The winner will be determined in a random drawing by
computer on 8 August 2012.
4. Timing
The "Travelzoo Prize Draw" ("Prize Draw") entry period
begins 27 July 2012,at 06:00 Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)
and ends midnight, 6 August 2012. (GMT) (the "Draw Period").
5. Prizes and odds
The prize (the "Prize") on offer in the Prize Draw is
£100 to spend at Australasia Restaurant. The voucher
expires 10th January 2013. Prize non-transferable,
no whole/part cash alternatives. This offer cannot
be exchanged for cash or any other equivalent and
is non-transferable. The prize is non-transferable
and no part or parts of the prize may
be substituted for other benefits, items or additions.
The odds for winning the prize depend on the total number
of entries in the draw.
6. Claiming prizes
Travelzoo will contact the winner of the prize by the
registered email address before or on 13 August 2012, and
the £100 Australasia voucher will be sent to the winner
by recorded mail.
7. Who is eligible?
The draw is open only to residents of England, Wales,
Scotland and Northern Ireland who are 18 years of age or
older. Employees of Travelzoo (Europe) Ltd., its
subsidiaries, affiliates, and agents and the immediate
family (defined as parents, children, siblings, husband,
wife, or life partner) of each such employee, together with
those with whom such employees are domiciled,
are not eligible.
8. General terms and conditions
All entries will be deemed made by the authorized account
holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry,
and any potential winner may be required to show proof of
being the authorized account holder for that email address.
The "authorized account holder" is the natural person
assigned to an email address by an Internet service provider,
online service provider, or other organization responsible
for assigning email address for the domain. By receipt of any
prize, the winner agrees to release and hold harmless
Travelzoo (Europe) Ltd., its related companies, subsidiaries
and its officers, directors, employees and agents from and
against any claim or cause of action arising out of
participation in the draw or receipt or use of the prize.
All entries become the property of Travelzoo, and none will
be returned. Travelzoo is not responsible for any injury or
damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly
or indirectly, in whole or in part, from redeeming the prize.
9. Dispute resolution
By participating in the draw each Participant agrees that:
(1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action
arising out of or connected with this draw, or any prize
awarded, other than the administration of the draw or the
determination of winners shall be resolved individually,
without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively
by the Courts of England and Wales; (2) any and all claims,
judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-
pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with
entering this draw but in no event legal fees; and
(3) under no circumstances will the Participant be permitted
to obtain awards for and each Participant hereby waives all
rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages
and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket
expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied
or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning
the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability
of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of
Participants and Travelzoo in conjunction with the draw,
shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with,
the laws of England and Wales, without giving effect to any
choice of law or conflict of law rules of provisions
(whether of England and Wales, or any other jurisdiction),
which would cause the application of the laws of any
jurisdiction other than England and Wales.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION
OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES,
SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
